The greatest edge you’ll ever have is already within you.

The Unbridled Edge helps individuals, leaders, and teams discover the strengths, identity, values, and purpose that allow them to lead with clarity, navigate pressure with intention, and live with purpose.

Lead with Clarity. Live with Purpose.

The edge isn’t over someone else.

Most of the world talks about an edge as something you gain over another person. We see it differently.

Your Unbridled Edge is the advantage that comes from knowing exactly who you are: how you’re wired, what shapes you under pressure, what you value, and what you’re here to contribute.

It isn’t found in a title. It isn’t earned through achievement. It isn’t created by someone else’s approval.

And because it never depended on someone else, no one else can take it away.

Our Method

We teach.

CliftonStrengths, applied neuroscience, identity, communication, leadership, values, and purpose give language to what is happening.

Horses reveal.

The arena removes many of the things we normally rely on: title, explanation, expertise, carefully chosen words, and makes abstract concepts visible in real time.

Individuals discover.

We don’t tell people who they are or what an experience means. Discovery belongs to them.

Insight becomes action.

Insight becomes valuable when it changes what happens within a conversation, a decision, a relationship, a team, or a life.

Ty Delley

Ty Delley is the founder of The Unbridled Edge and Founder and Executive Director of Unbridled Equine Programs. An operations leader by background, Ty has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of people and performance, including 19 years at Gallup, where she built and led Global Client Support and later worked with businesses and entrepreneurs to strengthen performance and growth.

Her career-long work with CliftonStrengths, combined with her later work defining purpose through strengths, values, passions, and intended impact, became foundational to Unbridled. Today, Ty integrates those principles with applied neuroscience and equine-assisted experiential learning to help individuals, leaders, and teams understand how they’re wired and live and lead with greater intention.

Debbie Rodriguez

Debbie Rodriguez brings a background in psychology, counseling, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience to Unbridled Equine Programs and The Unbridled Edge. Her interest in the brain began when her husband returned from his fourth military deployment with significant PTSD, prompting a years-long pursuit to better understand how experiences shape human behavior and response.

Debbie holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Christian Counseling and teaches psychology at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Her career has included work with soldiers, children and families, and survivors of sex trafficking. A lifelong horsewoman who also operates Rodriguez Rescue Ranch, Debbie brings together her understanding of human behavior, neuroscience, and horses to create powerful experiential learning opportunities.
